By accessing or using the Website or any part thereof, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please cease using the Website immediately.
Ordering Process
- Free Delivery Eligibility: Customers must meet one of the following conditions to qualify for free delivery service:
- Order a minimum of two (2) cases of diaper products;
- Order a minimum of two (2) cases of milk powder products; OR
- Order a minimum of one (1) case of diaper products AND one (1) case of milk powder products.
- Delivery Fee: If an order does not meet the above free delivery eligibility criteria, a delivery fee of HKD 50 will be applied. This fee is subject to change without prior notice.
- Placing an Order: Please select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart. Before proceeding to checkout, please carefully verify the items and quantities in your cart, then confirm to proceed.
- Order Processing: Upon receiving your order, our Customer Service Department will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours to provide order confirmation details and payment information.
- Payment Confirmation: After completing payment, please send the relevant proof of payment (e.g., a screenshot of the transaction record) to the Customer Service Department's designated WhatsApp number.
- Dispatch Arrangement: Upon confirmation of receipt of payment, the Company will arrange for dispatch as soon as practicable. Please await delivery.
- Order Modification and Cancellation: Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded, unless otherwise specified in these Terms.
- Promotional Activities: The Website may offer promotional discounts on specific products from time to time. The deadline for each promotion will be specified at the time of announcement (unless otherwise stated, typically 5:00 PM HKT on the final day of the promotion).
- Pricing and Discounts: All product prices and discount offers are subject to the information displayed on the Website at the time of your order placement, which shall be final.
- Transaction Currency: All transactions are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
- Order Information: To complete an online transaction, you must accurately provide all required information during the checkout process.
- Order Confirmation and Arrangement: Upon receiving your order, the Company will make a final confirmation based on product availability as soon as practicable and arrange for delivery or self-pickup accordingly.
- Right to Adjust Prices and Accept Orders: The Company reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The final acceptance of all orders is at the sole discretion of the Company and is subject to stock availability.
- Electronic Receipt: Upon completion of the transaction, an electronic purchase receipt will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that the final confirmation and fulfillment of all orders remain subject to the actual availability of the relevant products.
Receipt and Return/Exchange Policy
- Time Limit for Reporting Issues: If there are any issues with the goods received (e.g., damage, incorrect items, or omissions), you must contact our Customer Service Department within three (3) calendar days of signing for the goods (as per logistics records). Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
- Obligation to Inspect Upon Receipt: Upon signing for the goods, you are responsible for immediately inspecting the ordered items for completeness and any damage.
- Conditions for Exchange: If goods are found to be damaged during transit, or if the received items do not match the order (including but not limited to incorrect type, size, or quantity), please notify our Customer Service Department within three (3) calendar days of the date of receipt to arrange for an exchange. Only unused products with original, unopened, and intact packaging are eligible for exchange.
- Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items: Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged due to personal reasons (e.g., damaged packaging) affecting its resale condition is not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Returns Due to Quality Issues: If a customer requests a return due to alleged product quality issues but fails to provide reasonable proof, or if the circumstances do not align with known facts or previous similar incidents have not been reported, the Company reserves the right to refuse the return or refund request.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute regarding refunds or exchanges, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
Shipping Arrangements
- Delivery Details: Information regarding delivery dates, times, and service areas is detailed on the "Logistics Arrangements" page of the Website. Placing an order signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these arrangements and these Terms. If you have any questions, please consult our Customer Service Department before placing your order.
- Delivery Contact and Additional Fees: Delivery personnel will attempt to contact you by phone prior to delivery. If delivery cannot be successfully completed due to reasons attributable to you (including but not limited to failure to answer calls, inability to receive the goods at the agreed time/location), requiring rearrangement, you may be charged an additional administrative fee of HKD 100.
- Delivery Responsibility and Rights: The Company will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery according to the address provided and the estimated timeframe. However, the Company reserves the right to adjust the delivery date or time due to actual circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors), and you may not cancel the order on these grounds. If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by you or failure to cooperate with receiving the goods, the Company reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order and may refuse any related refund request.
- Placement at Designated Location: If you request the goods to be left at a designated location (e.g., doorstep) without a signature, the delivery personnel will take a photograph as proof of delivery and send it via the WhatsApp number you provided. This action will constitute completion of delivery and transfer of possession. Any risk of loss or damage to the goods after placement shall be borne solely by you, and the Company accepts no liability thereafter.
- Stair Carry Surcharge: If delivery to the address requires carrying goods up stairs, the fee for the first 10 steps (one flight) is waived. For each subsequent flight of stairs (defined as approximately 10 steps), an additional carrying surcharge of HKD 20 per carton/box will apply. This fee is payable directly to the delivery personnel on site.
Miscellaneous
- Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure Event (including, but not limited to, acts of God, fire, flood, accidents, riots, war, government policies, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company).
- Intellectual Property: All content provided on the Website, including but not limited to text, files, music, sound, photographs, videos, graphics, or advertising content ("Website Content"), is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property laws. The Website Content is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial online viewing. Without the prior written consent of the Company, you may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Website Content. Where downloading is permitted, you must retain the content's integrity and all proprietary notices.
